Reflection.
You can do this with your work teams, or individually. It’s the time of year that many, many people are asking themselves, ‘What do I want to change? What do I want most? What is my plan next? Am I happy with where I am?’
For some of us, writing is a way to find our way towards an understanding of our relationship with ourselves.
We journal, we read back over things we’ve written, and we see the patterns. We find clarity.
What if you could find your way to that, with a guide. That’s what I do sometimes, at Kismuth, besides writing my own stories. I work with people in virtual spaces to get to know more about what you’re thinking, writing, and experiencing so we can talk, talk together, and talk about what counts. That’s the workshop goal for ‘The Mirror.’
There are others, too. This is the time of year when people are reflecting, so next month, you can join my online workshops if you are curious about how they work. The Mirror, SELF, and other newer ones like Expanding Windows are all coming up, in November.
I am using LinkedIn now for networking and staying connected. If you are on LinkedIn, you can visit my profile page for Dipika Kohli.
